The Role

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Provide a Podiatry based assessment to all clients to find the best shoe for their foot type, activity & goals
  • Create a warm, helpful, and positive in-store experience
  • Use your footwear knowledge to recommend the best shoes for each clients individual needs

Support the Team

  • Work collaboratively with your team to keep the store running smoothly
  • Bring positive energy to the shop floor
  • Help maintain a supportive and friendly team environment
  • Support daily store operations including processing sales and customer orders
  • Help ensure the store is organised, clean, and inviting

Be Part of the Community

  • Represent ProFeet with pride when interacting with customers
  • Support local initiatives and community connections


Who You Are

  • Friendly, positive & enjoy working alongside a great team

Job Requirements

  • Availability: Midweek & Weekend availability
  • Store opening hours: M-F 9:30-6pm, Sat 9:00-4:00pm
  • Hours can be flexible in coordination with the leadership team
